Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site, in whole or in part, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
